Carton Forming Machinery
The reciprocating tray forming machine is an extremely reliable machine that has been refined over the past 40 years. All carton forming machinery and tooling designs are preformed in-house by our trained and expert engineers. We maximize the machine capacity with tooling designs for multiple lanes of cartons as well as a variety of box sizes. Our carton formers are built for years of high speed, 24/7 production.
The former produces an “open tray box” or “hinged lid tray box” that is formed and glued on the corners. The machine takes a flat paper blank from a magazine and places it on an open chamber plate. A cold glue mechanism dispenses glue to the box corners on the flat paper blank. A forming then head pushes the glued flat blank through the chamber plate and forms the box it into a folded nest. The formed and glued boxes travel downward onto a curved chute and onto a packing area waiting to be packaged. A detent is placed on the formed boxes for easy counting of boxes before being placed into final packaging.

Card Inserter
- Free standing servo controlled unit
- Fully adjustable for various sized inserts
- Takes corrugated roll stock, cuts to length, and inserts card into the glued cartons

- Painted carbon steel platform for easy feeding process
